从东东家找到了这个食谱,虽然糖已经减了40g,但我还是觉得很甜。如果再做,我想糖得部份我会再减多20-30g。这蛋糕除了很甜, 也很油哦。
材料:
A:230g糖,2粒蛋 (下次我会用160g-170g 糖)
B:250g香蕉,1/8茶匙盐
C:90g 牛奶
D:250g 面粉,发粉 (baking powder) 2tsp,小苏打(soda bicarbonate) 1/2 tsp
E:150g 粟米油
做法:
1)将A搅拌松发浓稠,B搅烂,再加入A搅至浓稠
2)加入C搅匀,加入D拌匀,再加入E3)180度烘25-30分钟(我用25分钟)

ReplyDeleteActually, personally I prefer the other banana walnut cake. That one is nicer. Can refer to the one I made in April 2009.
