补上之前做的绿茶雪糕食谱，让有兴趣的朋友可以试试。I get this recipe from here. ^^
A: 2 Tbsp 绿茶粉 180 g 糖 （我用了150糖） 3 个蛋黄
B: 50 ml 牛奶
C: 250 ml 鲜奶油
- 将(B)加入(A)搅匀，隔水搅煮至微浓，离火待冷。 （我用冰浴）
2 Tbsp green tea powder
180 g sugar ( I use 150g sugar)
3 egg yolks
250 ml milk
250 ml heavy cream
- Mix the green tea powder，sugar and egg yolks together.
- Heat milk in a small pan over low heat. Do not boil
- Remove from fire & pour in the egg mixture
- Put it back over the stove & continue cooking over low heat. It is very important that it does not boil else you'll end up with bits of scrambled eggs. Stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Use a wooden spatula to test. Once a thin film is coated on the surface of spectula. It is done.
- Remove & strain through a fine sieve.
- Let this cool completely. I have put it over an ice bath.
- Lightly whip the cream & add to the cold green tea milk mixture.
- Put in ice cream maker & prepare as per instructions.
