我的第一个面包 ~ 鸡丝面包

昨晚做了我的第一个面包 ~ 鸡丝包。用了仙子的蒜米面包食谱 来做面包。结果又手忙脚乱的看漏了重要字眼 -- 奶油之外的面团材料與汤种一起搅拌至光滑

一成团我就把奶油加了进去。后来面团搅了好久都没办法拉起不破的薄膜。

成品-面包外面有些硬,里面有嚼劲。不过照片看不出来。^^ 外貌还可以骗人,呵呵。



材料:
汤种---水100g 高筋面粉1大匙

高筋面粉190g
砂糖15g
盐1/4小匙
水20g
酵母3/4小匙
无盐奶油15g (我没加盐,我用了含盐奶油)

鸡丝、mayonaise 适量

作法:
1.汤种: 水100与1大匙面粉搅拌均勻后,開小火边煮边搅拌至锅边冒小泡泡即可熄火,放涼

2.香蒜奶油: 奶油软化后与其他材料一起拌勻,放置备用

3.奶油之外的面团材料與汤种一起搅拌至光滑,加入奶油,揉至面团出筋有延展性

4.发酵1個小時左右(面团長成1.5-2倍大),將空气挤出,分割4份滾圆,静置10分钟

5.整成橄揽形,最后發酵30分钟,就可以入烤箱170度C/15-18分钟

6. 趁热在中间切开,涂上mayonaise 在里面和表层,撒上鸡丝既可

I have bought an Oven!!

I have bought an oven on last Saturday. Wanted to buy the Elba 42L Oven but went to a few shops, they do not carry Elba brand. Some recommend Hesstar, some recommend Faber. End up, I bought a Morgan 42L oven from LH Emart next to Tesco Puchong for RM372. Funny rite, RM372, an odd amount. ^^ Actually, it is bcos I bought a ceiling fan with installation, so the discount I get is net-off against the oven.



On the night itself, I made Peanut Butter Muffin. Got the recipe from Jess. The recipe only yields 4 muffin. Maybe my muffin cup is just too big. ^^
Here is the recipe...



A:鸡蛋2个,幼糖55g,植物油50g
B:带颗粒的花生酱100g,鲜奶60g
C:底粉100g,发粉1tsp

1)蛋和糖用打蛋器搅匀,加入植物油
2)分别加入B料,继续搅匀
3)把C加入做法(2),改用刮刀以不规则方向搅拌均匀
4)用汤匙将面糊勺入纸杯八分满,180度烘25-30分钟
