Honey Cup Cake & Banana Walnut Cake

Raily came back on Thursday. So I quickly do this Honey Cup Cake. Get this recipe from Jess again, she is becoming my idol oredi. Made so many cake, bread... Pls refer to her blog for picture. Mine's doesn't look as good. My oven was too "passionate" 热情oredi, according to Jess. And I have forgotten to take another picture of the cake texture before they were finished. Comment from my colleagues ~ To have a cup cake with honey flavour is weird.

A:植物油20g,蜂蜜30g
B
:全蛋2个,糖20g

C:底筋粉40g,发粉1/4tsp


1)将A隔水加热,再用汤匙搅匀


2)把B用搅拌机搅打,由慢至快,由深变浅色


3)当颜色变成乳白色,捞起滴落的蛋糊不会消失时再用慢速打约1分钟


4)筛入C料,接着倒入做法(1),用打蛋器搅至无颗粒


5)再用橡皮到刮匀,倒入模约八分满,静置5分钟


6)以上下火170度烤15-20分钟

This cake is so so so easy and it tastes really nice. Remember to give it a try!

100g面粉, 1小匙发粉, 1/2小匙苏打粉, 1/8小匙盐,鸡蛋2个,细糖70g80ml玉米油,150g香蕉(切片),40g核桃(切碎)


1)将一个20公分(8寸)空心烘盘涂上油,备用。


2)在搅拌盆里将面粉, 发粉, 苏打粉和盐混匀。


3)将鸡蛋、糖和油伴匀,与香蕉片和核桃一起加入面粉混合物中,充分伴匀


4)将面粉倒入烘盘哩,盛入预热烤箱以170度烘烤35-40分钟左右至熟。置放10分钟,倒在架上待冷却。


注:食谱写100g细糖,我自己改去70g。觉得甜度刚好。
